Service Description

Initial custom clothing consultation, styling, full measurements and fabrics selections. Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this specialized service. Only 1 other guest is allowed to attend with you, and must be fully vaccinated. Masks must be worn during the entirety of the consultation. Proof of vaccination will be required. There is a non-refundable Styling&Consultation Service fee of $150 per client for your Initial Consultation appointment. Please send payment via Venmo @thuyhoangnguyen once you are booked. Parking on weekdays can be challenging, there is metered street parking and a lot at the back of the building, entrance is on Geary Blvd. or Scott Street. The lot charges a fee on weekdays, but it is free on weekends. Weekend parking can be easier to find in the area, please do read all parking restrictions signs. I am not responsible for fees or tow of your vehicle. Once you arrive, please text me and I will come get you. The main entrance is locked on the weekends. Please kindly give a 3-day notice if you need to reschedule. The Styling&Consultation Service fee will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. No refunds of the Styling&Consultation Service fee will be issued for late cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.


Cancellation Policy

Please submit the Initial Consultation fee when booking your appointment. This is a nonrefundable fee. Please kindly give a 3-day notice of cancellation or to reschedule. If you would like to reschedule and have submitted your request at least 3 days in advance, the Initial Consultation Fee will be transferred to your rescheduled date.
